- Minimum Diploma or higher education in Construction and Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least two (2) years working experience in related construction field
- Must be a CIDB green card holder
- Familiar with construction terminology
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia and Computer literate
- Experienced in liase within different subordinates and multitasking on job sites ssdsfds
- Proactive in reporting site work progress related to Manager and Engineers
- Safety compliance and policy enforcement
- Have valid green book
- At least five (5) years experience in related field such as underground works
- Have valid AGT certificate
- Able to work under high pressure
- At least five (5) years experience in related field such as underground works
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- QA/QC certification (e.g., from ASQ, IRCA, or local regulatory bodies) would be preferred
- Training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, welding inspection, or material testing (if applicable).
- Standards such as ASTM, BS, EN, API, and local municipal standards for underground utilities.
- Handling QA/QC documents such as Material Submittals, RFIs, Method Statements, NCRs, MIRs, and test reports.
- Maintaining comprehensive QA/QC logs and inspection records.
- Preparing daily reports, monthly QA/QC summaries, and participating in audits.
- Preparing and implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conducting material inspections, workmanship inspections, and documentation reviews.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
